HI. I am Dr William Reynolds. I received my graduate training at Pacific University College of Optometry, and have practiced Optometry in the Columbia area since 2002. I have had the fortunate opportunity to provide eye care in a multitude of clinical settings, including the Veterans’ Administration, Moncrief Army Community Hospital, and several private practices in Columbia.

With time and experience, I knew I wanted to open a practice that empowers you, the patient, by providing ‘plain English’ information about your eyes and excellent customer service. Fortunately, I met Dr Jensen, who shares my ideals, and together we formed Envision Family EyeCare in 2007.

It is my pleasure to have my wife Gretchan working in the office with me, as she is on the cutting edge of the latest fashion eyewear trends. When not providing excellent patient care, we spend our free time with our three children. Their constant involvement in athletics and academics keep us out in the community, enjoying the company of others.

Welcome. My name is Dr Nathaniel Jensen, co-founder of Envision Family EyeCare. My formal education was provided at the Illinois College of Optometry, and I have experienced a wide range of clinical settings during my Optometric career. In school I provided care at 2 Veterans’ Administration hospitals and a private practice pediatric clinic. Since graduating in 2006, I have worked both privately and commercially in the Columbia area.

Beautiful weather and friendly people brought me to South Carolina. I feel lucky to have met Dr Reynolds, who shares the same vision for our practice.

In my free time I enjoy family time, traveling, sports, and spending time on the golf course.

Welcome to Envision. I am Gretchan Reynolds. You will recognize me as one of the smiling faces who will greet you upon your arrival. I am responsible for coordinating your office visit in a smooth and efficient manner.

As a mother of three, doctor’s wife, booster club chairperson, and ‘domestic goddess’, I understand the many demands placed on today’s woman. I also understand your concerns when selecting eyewear for yourself, your spouse, or your children. Therefore, I carefully and meticulously outfit the dispensary with fashionable and functional eyewear. I will be your personal assistant in selecting eyewear that matches your style and personality.

HI. My name is Vicki Leitner, and I am the office manager and benefits coordinator for Envision. Many of you may never see me, but I am working hard to coordinate and maximize your insurance benefits. I have worked in the insurance industry for nearly 30 years, which has taught me how insurance can benefit everyone involved, especially the customer. I am available to speak with you personally to ensure that your benefits are maximized to your best advantage.

My husband of 30 years and I have 2 daughters that we have been privileged to raise into talented and wonderful women that are active in the local arts. Although I’m not a native of South Carolina, I have lived here most of my life and have enjoyed witnessing the progression of our state and community embrace different cultures.

I’m excited to work with Dr. Bill and Dr. Nate in their endeavor to bring the community a family practice dedicated to the best interests of their patients.
